The Department of Natural Resources proposed to amend Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit.10, §6.310, Restriction of Emissions from Municipal Solid Waste Landfills. Changes are needed to maintain consistency with federal emission guidelines for existing municipal solid waste landfills.
