The Department of Environmental Quality proposes amendments to Mich. Admin. Code r. 324.201, Oil and Gas Operations. The proposed amendments would amend the current rules to strengthen and clarify requirements for the construction, operation, and monitoring of wells used for injection of fluids associated with oil and gas development, among other things.
