The Department of the Environment proposed to amend Md. Code Regs. 26.11.01, General Administrative Provisions, 26.11.02, Permits, Approvals, and Registration, and 26.11.06, General Emission Standards, Prohibitions, and Restrictions. Changes implement U.S. EPA's decision to delay Title V requirements for carbon dioxide from bioenergy and biogenic sources. There will be a public hearing January 11, 2012.
