The Department of the Environment amended Md. Code Regs. 26.11.02, Permits, Approvals, and Registration. Changes modify the description of fluoropolymer material process installations to be consistent with 26.11.19.30, Control of Volatile Organic Compounds from Chemical Production and Fluoropolymer Material Installations. The amendment also adds a de minimis statement so that processes with limited volatile organic compounds would not be required to seek a permit. The amendment took effect April 30, 2012.
