The Department of Environmental Protection proposed to amend 06-096 Code Me. Regs. Ch. 415, Reasonable Costs for the Handling and Recycling of Electronic Wastes. Changes would make revisions for consistency with state laws, including clarifying the categorization of covered electronic devices and providing television and game console manufacturers the opportunity to claim recycling credits.
