The Department of Agriculture, Conservation, and Forestry is proposing to amend 01-026 Me. Code R. §31, 34, and 35 regarding pesticide licensing. Changes would extend licensing periods while requiring more frequent re-certification for commercial pesticide applicators and dealers.
