The Department of Environmental Protection proposed to amend 06-096 Code Me. Regs. Ch. 127, New Motor Vehicle Emission Standards. Changes would allow diesel truck owners to install Federal Tier IV certified auxiliary power units rather than more costly California certified units. The deadline for comment is May 18, 2012.
