Louisiana: Air (generally)

The Department of Environmental Quality gives notice that rulemaking procedures have been initiated to amend the air regulations at La. Admin. Code tit. 33, §III.501.B.2.e. Amended regulations may include the requirement to determine, document, and maintain records to demonstrate the potential or actual emissions of the facility.
