The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality is proposing amendments to La. Admin. Code tit. 33, §1105, regarding emissions from flaring. The amendments would cap the appearance of emissions at 20% opacity for a total of 6 hours in any 10 consecutive days. A public hearing will be held on May 25, 2016.
