The Department of Environmental Quality has initiated amendment procedures for La. Admin. Code 33:III.3003.B.9, pertaining to the La. Air regulations. Changes will bring the rule up to date with federal requirements, specifically “Subpart MMMM, Emission Guidelines and Compliance Times for Existing Sewage Sludge Incineration Units.” A public hearing will be held October 29, 2014, and the deadline for comment is October 29, 2014.
