The Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources proposes amendments to 301 Ky. Admin. Regs. 2:081, Transportation and Holding of Live Native Wildlife. The proposed amendments would establish requirements for the buying, selling, holding, and transportation of live native wildlife. A public hearing will be held November 28, 2017.
