The Environmental Protection Commission proposed to amend Iowa Admin. Code chs. 100, 101, and 111. The revisions would remove inconsistencies within the Iowa Code and eliminate obsolete language, among other changes, to reflect legislative changes to the Code and to increase the overall understanding of solid waste management requirements.
