The Environmental Protection Commission amended Iowa Admin Code Ch. 135, Technical Standards and Corrective Action Requirements for Owners and Operators of Underground Storage Tanks (USTs). Changes allow current in-line leak detection methods to be used when the UST facility is unattended and institute additional requirements to ensure that detected releases are addressed.
