The Environmental Protection Commission amended Iowa Admin. Code Ch. 23, Emission Standards for Contaminants. Changes  adopt federal standards and make it clear that the commission is not adopting standards that U.S. EPA is reconsidering. Amendments take effect October 24, 2012.
