The Illinois Department of Natural Resources is proposing to amend Ill. Admin. Code tit. 17, §1515, regarding the Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program, a voluntary state incentive program designed to address water quality and wildlife habitat concerns within the Illinois River and Kaskaskia River watersheds. The amendments would make changes to definitions, the enrollment process, and methods of compliance, among other revisions.  Written comments will be accepted until January 25, 2016.
