The Pollution Control Board amended 35 Ill. Admin. Code §702, RCRA and UIC Permit Programs, and §§720-726 and §728, Hazardous Waste Management System. Changes update the regulations to correspond with U.S. EPA hazardous waste rules and make technical amendments. The amendments took effect October 14, 2011.
