The Department of Agriculture is proposing to amend various portions of Ill. Admin. Code tit. 8, §215 regarding anhydrous ammonia safety and storage. Among other changes, the amendments would require decommissioning railcars used as storage tanks, and enhanced safety precautions for ammonia transportation, transfer, and application.
