The Illinois Power Agency is proposing to adopt various sections of Ill. Admin. Code tit. 83, §1240, regarding cost recovery regulations. The new rules would establish procedures for the recovery of costs incurred in developing or constructing facilities that are subsequently cancelled by the agency.
