Georgia: Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA)

The Environmental Protection Division proposed to amend the rules for safe drinking water. The amendments would, among other things, address comments from EPA in order to gain final primacy approval of Georgia’s drinking water rules and address state rule updates that are not impacted by the Agency’s primacy review.
