The Department of Natural Resources Environmental Protection Division proposes amendments to Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. r. 391-3-1, Georgia's Rules for Air Quality Control. Revisions to the rule are required to comply with EPA's call for Georgia to submit a SIP revision to correct provisions inconsistent with the CAA. A public hearing will be held on October 3, 2016.
