The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control is proposing to amend 7 Del. Admin. Code §§788, 796 & 801, regarding hunting or harvesting of gray foxes, coyotes, and nutria. Written comments will be accepted beginning September 1, 2015. A public hearing will be held on September 22, 2015.
