The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control is proposing to amend Del. Code Ann. tit. 7, §1351, regarding UST regulations. Specifically, the changes would clarify cleanup liability associated with releases from USTs. A public hearing will be held on December 1, 2015. Written comments will also be accepted.
