The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control proposed to amend 7 Del. Admin. Code Ch. 60 §1120, New Source Performance Standards. Amendments would repeal sections of the regulation pertaining to hospital, medical and infectious waste incinerators, as there are currently no such units in the state.
