The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection proposed to adopt Conn. Agencies Regs. §23.65h.1. Among other changes, the amendments would eliminate the three percent annual increase in fees for applications and examinations for certification as a forest practitioner and eliminate the requirement for a certified check as payment.
