Colorado: Water (generally)

The Colorado Water Quality Control Commission proposed to amend 5 Colo. Code Regs. §1002-11, the primary drinking water regulations. The amendments would require inspections of water storage tanks twice per year, establish surveying requirements for non-single-family-residential connections to the public water system for cross-connections to prevent backflow, and amend the due dates within the rule for achieving 100% survey completion of the distribution system and 90% assembly testing.
