Colorado: Water (generally)

The Colorado Water Quality Control Commission proposed amendments to 5 Colo. Code Regs. §§1002-31, -41, and -42. The amendments would set new interim organic pollutant standards for surface water and groundwater for a number of chemicals, and introduce site-specific standards for particular areas.
