The Department of Public Health and Environment proposed to amend 5 Colo. Code Regs. §1003.6, Guidelines on Individual Sewage Disposal Systems. Changes readopt the guidelines and adopt a new On-site Wastewater Treatment System Regulation. There will be a public hearing March 12, 2013.
