The Department of Public Health and Environment proposed to amend 5 Colo. Code Regs. §1002.43, On-Site Wastewater Treatment System Regulation. Changes incorporate the provisions of a recent house bill and reflect a more current state of industry practice. There will be a public hearing March 12, 2013.
