The Colorado Water Quality Control Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider proposed revisions to the Regulations Controlling Discharges to Storm Sewers, Regulation #65 (5 CCR 1002-65) and will address issues identified in the October 2007 triennial review informational hearing.
