The Colorado Water Quality Control Commission proposed amendments to Colo. Code of Regs. 1002-35, Upper Gunnison Segment 13 of the Classifications and Numeric Standards for Gunnison. The changes added an arsenic temporary modification to remain consistent with a previous decision regarding arsenic in §35.36. A hearing will be held December 8, 2014.
