The Department of Natural Resources is proposing to amend 2 Colo. Code Regs. §406-0 regarding invasive species. Changes would only allow terrestrial invasive species to be released into the wild for bona fide scientific research. A public hearing will be held beginning May 5, 2015, and the deadline for comment is also May 5, 2015.
