The Department of Public Health and Environment proposed to amend 5 Colo. Code Regs. §1001.13, Motor Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program. Changes will clarify regulations concerning model year exemptions and program implementation dates. There will be a public hearing November 21, 2013.
