The Department of Toxic Substances Control proposed to amend Cal. Code Regs., tit. 22, to adopt article 11 and §§69511 and 69511.1. The proposed amendment would establish a priority products list under the Safer Consumer Products regulations. A public meeting will be held on August 29, 2016.
