The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment amended 27 Cal. Code Regs. §25902 in order to add megestrol acetate to the list of chemicals known to the state to cause cancer. Changes took effect March 28, 2014. See http://www.oal.ca.gov/res/docs/pdf/notice/13z-2014.pdf (pp. 581-82).
