The California Board of Forestry and Fire Protection is proposing to repeal Cal. Code Regs. tit. 14 §1665.8 and to adopt Cal. Code Regs. tit. 14, §§1666.0-.16. The changes would clarify and make more transparent eligibility and application requirements for grants from the state’s fire prevention fund. A public hearing will be held on May 12, 2016.
