The Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission proposes to adopt changes to Alaska Admin. Code tit. 20, §25, dealing with oil and gas regulations. The proposed changes would add an exemption from the well safety valve system requirements for onshore wells with a velocity string, among other things.
