The Department of Food and Agriculture is proposing to permanently adopt Cal. Code Regs. tit. 3, §3591.11 regarding invasive species. The proposal would continue and complete the amendment process for an emergency regulation adopted in November, 2014, establishing an eradication area for the Caribbean fruit fly.
