The Natural Resources Agency proposed to amend 14 Cal. Code Regs. §21094.5, implementing Division 13 of the Public Resources Code, the California Environmental Quality Act. Changes update guidelines and appendices for streamlined environmental review for qualifying infill projects. There will be public hearings on September 7 & 10, 2012.
