The Air Resources Board proposed an amendment to Cal. Code Regs. tit. 17, §95100, concerning the mandatory reporting of greenhouse gas emissions. Proposed amendments include supporting cap-and-trade regulations, among other changes, to maintain a robust and accurate greenhouse gas reporting program. A public hearing will be held on September 22, 2016, at 9:00 am. Written comment will be accepted until 5:00 pm on September 19, 2016.
