The Air Resources Board proposed to amend Cal. Code Regs. tit. 13 §§2700 through 2711, the Verification Procedure, Warranty and In-Use Compliance Requirements for In-Use Strategies to Control Emissions from Diesel Engines. Changes would reduce the amount of in-use testing that the verification procedure currently requires. There will be a public hearing August 23, 2012.
