California: Air

The California Air Resources Board is proposing to amend Cal. Code Regs. tit. 13, §1926.1, the California Zero Emission Vehicle Regulation. Specifically, amendments will be made to the sections on California Exhaust Emission Standards and on Test Procedures for specific hybrid and zero-emission vehicles.
