The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality is proposing to amend Ariz. Admin. Code R18-11 and related appendices regarding standards used for permits. Specifically, the amendments would repeal current state standards for 21 pollutants and revert them to U.S. EPA approved criteria from 2003 and reassign uses and districting for certain surface waters.
