The Department of Environmental Conservation proposes to adopt revisions to Alaska Admin. Code tit. 18, §50, regarding changes in requirements for excess emissions. The revisions would also update the adoption date of the State Air Quality Control Plan. A public hearing will be held on October 11, 2016. Comments will be accepted until 5:00pm on October 14, 2016.
