United States v. Cooper Living Trust, No. 2:17-cv-7836 (C.D. Cal. Oct. 26, 2017). Settling CERCLA defendants responsible for releases at the Cooper Drum Company Superfund site in Los Angeles County, California, must complete the sale of property adjacent to the site and pay the United States the greater of 90% of the net sales proceeds or $2,500,000 in past response costs.
