The Division of Air Pollution Control proposed updated limits, testing, and recordkeeping requirements for emissions of reduced sulfur from kraft pulp mills as part of a five-year review. Connecticut: Hazardous Substances

The Department of Energy & Environmental Protection proposed to adopt release reporting regulations. The new regulations would define when the discharge, spillage, uncontrolled loss, seepage, or filtration of oil or petroleum, chemical liquids, solid, liquid or gaseous products, or hazardous waste must be reported to the commissioner. Colorado: Clean Air Act (CAA)

The Department of Public Health and Environment proposed to amend 5 Colo. Code Regs. §1001-10. The amendments would incorporate by reference changes to federal air quality regulations concerning NESHAPs and maximum available control technology standards. A hearing will be held May 20, 2021. The Department of Public Health and Environment proposed to amend its air quality regulations. The amendments would incorporate by reference changes to federal air quality regulations concerning new source performance standards. A hearing will be held May 20, 2021. Virginia: Clean Water Act (CWA)

The State Water Control Board proposed to reissue, with amendments, the Virginia Pollutant Discharge Elimination System general permit for total nitrogen and phosphorus discharges and nutrient trading in the Chesapeake watershed in Virginia. The Department of Environmental Quality proposed to amend Utah Admin. Code r. 307-101-3. The amendments would incorporate by reference updates to federal air quality regulations concerning NESHAPs and new stationary source performance standards. A hearing will be held April 1, 2021.
