Oklahoma: Air (generally)

The Department of Environmental Quality proposes amendments to Okla. Admin. Code §252:100-7, Permits for Minor Facilities. The proposed amendment would add a new Permit By Rule for facilities whose only obligation to obtain a permit is due to the presence of a gasoline dispensing facility or gasoline dispensing facility with an emergency engine that is subject to a federal standard. New Hampshire: Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA)

The Department of Environmental Services proposes amendments to N.H. Code Admin. R. Ann. Env-Dw 701.05-.09, Revised Total Coliform Rule Amendments. The proposed amendments update the rules to be in compliance with the SDWA. A public hearing will be held October 24, 2017. Written comments will be accepted until November 1, 2017. District of Columbia: Quality

The Department of Energy and Environment proposes amendments to D.C. Mun. Regs. tit. 21 §1199, Water Quality Standards. The proposed amendments would change the water quality standards to include updates to the aquatic life criteria for ammonia and cadmium, and human health criteria. California: Toxic Substances (generally)

The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment proposed to amend Cal. Code Regs. tit. 27 §25705(b)2, Specific Regulatory Levels Posing No Significant Risk. The amendment would adopt a no significant risk level of of 0.88 micrograms per day for vinylidene chloride. Written comments will be accepted until November 6, 2017. The Commission on Environmental Quality proposes amendments to 30 Tex. Admin. Code §§307.2, 307.3, 307.6, 307.7, 307.9, and 307.10, Surface Water Quality Standards. Kentucky: Groundwater

The Department for Natural Resources proposes amendments to 405 Ky. Admin. Regs. 16:110, Surface and Groundwater Monitoring. The proposed amendments set forth requirements for the monitoring and reporting of surface water quality and quantity, and groundwater levels and quality and aquifer conditions during mining activities. Idaho: Quality

The Department of Environmental Quality proposes amendments to Idaho Code Ann. §58.01.02, Water Quality Standards. The proposed amendments replace the existing water column-based criteria for selenium with a four-part criterion. A public hearing will be held November 16, 2017. The Department of Environmental Quality proposes amendments to Idaho Code Ann. §58.01.02, Water Quality Standards. The proposed amendments replaces the existing hardness-dependent criteria for copper with a more detailed, modeled approach. A public hearing will be held November 16, 2017. The Department of Natural Resources proposes amendments to Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. §391-3-17-.13, Physical Protection of Category 1 and Category 2 Quantities of Radioactive Materials.
