Alaska: Clean Air Act (CAA)

The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation announced the availability of and seeks comment on its 2019 Annual Ambient Air Monitoring Network Plan. The plan explains the network's monitoring objectives and priorities, provides a description of all current monitoring sites, and discusses any current or planned modifications to sites. Arizona: Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)

The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality proposed amendments to Ariz. Admin. Code §§R18-9-101 and R18-9-103. The proposed amendments would exempt coal combustion residual (CCR) disposal units from the requirements to comply with the Aquifer Protection Permit statutes and regulations until such time that the Department obtains primacy for the implementation of the federal CCR regulations. California: Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA)

The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment proposed amendments to Cal. Code Regs. tit. 27, §25805(b). The proposed amendments would establish three maximum allowable dose levels for exposure to chlorpyrifos. A hearing will be held, if requested. Comments are due July 8, 2019. Florida: Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)

The Department of Environmental Protection proposed amendments to Fla. Admin. Code Ann. r. 62-730.020, .021, .030, .160, .170, .181, .183, .185, .186, and .220. The proposed amendments would increase efficiency and internal consistency by adopting federal regulations by reference, making conforming changes for consistency with federal regulations, and making technical corrections. Illinois: Underground storage tanks (USTs)

The Department of Natural Resources proposed amendments to Ill. Admin. Code tit. 62, §240. The proposed amendments would implement the Illinois Underground Gas Storage Safety Act to ensure consistency with current Department policies, increase protections to the people and environment of Illinois, and account for changes in industry practices and activities. Louisiana: Waste (generally)

The Department of Natural Resources proposed amendments to La. Admin. Code tit. 43, §501. The proposed amendments would clarify that the commonly employed waste removal practices and waste material quantities remaining thereafter in large marine tanks such as marine supply vessel permanent cargo tanks are acceptable under the current definitions. Louisiana: Clean Air Act (CAA)

The Department of Environmental Quality proposed to adopt La. Admin. Code tit. 33, §§323 and 325. The proposed adoptions would establish a regulatory permit that can be used to authorize the construction and operation of certain boilers, process heaters, and cooling towers. Minnesota: Clean Water Act (CWA)

The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency proposed to reissue an NPDES general permit to cover facilities discharging stormwater associated with industrial activities to waters of the state of Minnesota. New Hampshire: Wildlife (generally)

The Department of Natural and Cultural Resources proposed to adopt N.H. Code Admin. R. Ann. Ner 1100. The proposed adoption would outline the purposes of the Natural Heritage Program, outline the criteria and procedures for listing endangered and threatened plant species and identifying exemplary natural communities under N.H.
