Alaska: Clean Water Act (CWA)

The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation proposed to reissue the Alaska Pollutant Discharge Elimination System General Permit for Wastewater Discharges From Drinking Water Treatment Facilities. California: Fisheries

The Department of Fish and Wildlife proposed to amend Cal. Code Regs. tit. 14, §§106 and 107, and adopt §106.5. The proposed amendments and adoption would implement a Drift Gill Net Transition Program, as mandated by Senate Bill 1017, that incentivizes drift gill net permittees to transition out of the drift gill net shark and swordfish fishery, reduce bycatch, and provide for a sustainable swordfish fishery. Florida: Water (generally)

The Southwest Florida Water Management District proposed to adopt Fla. Admin. Code Ann. r. 40D-8.041. The proposed adoption would establish minimum flows for the Rainbow River System and associated springs in southwestern Marion County to ensure that the minimum hydrologic requirements of the water resources and ecology of the spring group are maintained. Maine: Clean Air Act (CAA)

The Department of Environmental Protection proposed amendments to Chapter 121, Emission Limitations and Emission Testing of Resource Recovery Facilities. The proposed amendments would update and revise Maine's Municipal Waste Combustor State Plan, pursuant to CAA §§111(d) and 129, based on recent EPA comments and input from three facilities subject to the plan. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources proposed amendments to S.D. Admin. R. 74:37:01. The proposed amendments would increase the air fees assessed to businesses that are applicable to the Title V air quality permitting program. A hearing will be held May 7, 2019.
