Vermont: Contaminated Sites/Brownfields

The Agency of Natural Resources proposes a new rule #17P006, Investigation and Remediation of Contaminated Properties Rule. The rule provides the process which must be followed from initial investigation of contaminated properties to final cleanup, remediation, and closure of contaminated properties. Utah: Air (generally)

The Department of Environmental Quality proposes a new rule at Utah Admin. Code r. R307-304, Industrial Solvent Use. The rule would regulate industrial solvent cleaning operations and general solvent use. A public hearing will be held March 16, 2017. Written comments will be accepted until March 31, 2017. Louisiana: Air quality

The Department of Environmental Quality proposes to amend La. Admin. Code tit. 5, §504, Electronic Notice of Air Permit Actions. The rule would allow the department to provide the public notice of all air permit actions by posting on the department's website. A public hearing will be held March 29, 2017. Idaho: Sustainability

The Department of Fish and Game proposes amendments to Idaho Admin. Code. r. 13.01.09, Rules Governing the Taking of Game Birds in the State of Idaho. The amendment would eliminate the goose hunting closure in the area upstream of Milner Dam because of the increase in the migrating geese population. A public hearing will be held March 7, 2017. Florida: Quality

The Department of Environmental Protection proposes amendments to Fla. Admin. Code Ann. r. 62-304.406, 62-304.415, 62-304.500, Total Maximum Daily Loads. The amendment would adopt TMDLs and their allocations for certain impaired waters. Public comments will be accepted until March 22, 2017. The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control proposes the addition of Del. Code Ann. tit. 7, §109, Regulations Governing the Guidelines to Evaluate Land Being Considered for Permanent Protection. This regulation would codify the guidelines currently being followed by staff.
