Utah: Invasive Species

The Department of Natural Resources proposes amendments to Utah Admin. Code r. 657-60, Aquatic Invasive Species Interdiction. The proposed amendments would require mandatory dry time for all boats found to have attached mussels, among other things. Written comments must be received no later than 5:00 pm on March 3, 2017. Oregon: Endangered Species

The Department of Fish and Wildlife propose amendments to Or. Admin. R. 635-100-0125, State List of Endangered and Threatened Species. The proposed amendments would remove the Borax Lake Chub and Foskett Spring Speckled Dace from the state list of threatened and endangered species. A public hearing will be held March 17, 2017. The Department of Energy proposes amendments to Or. Admin. R. 345-021-0010, 345-022-0000, and 345-022- 0060, Siting Facilities. The amendments would incorporate the Greater Sage-grouse Conservation Strategy into the Energy Facility Siting Council's review process. A public hearing will be held February 23, 2017. The Department of Environmental Quality proposes amendments to Or. Admin. R. 340-041-0004, Antidegradation. The proposed amendments would designate the North Fork Smith River, its tributaries and associated wetlands as outstanding resource waters, among other things. The Department of Environmental Services proposes revisions to N.H. Admin. R. Ann. Env.Hw.1200, Hazardous Waste-Land Disposal Restrictions. The proposed revisions would incorporate applicable federal requirements and restrictions to land disposal of hazardous waste. A public hearing will be held February 23, 2017. The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control proposes revisions to 7 Del. Code Regs. §7401, Surface Water Quality Standards. The proposed revisions would modify bacteria water quality standards for the Atlantic Ocean from Cape Henlopen to the Delaware/Maryland state line. A public hearing will be held on February 23, 2017. The Department of Environmental Management proposes revisions to Ala. Admin Code r. 335-3-3-.05, Open Burning and Incineration. The proposed revisions would incorporate the Emission Guideline for Existing Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration Units into the rule. A public hearing will be held on March 8, 2017.
